Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • During high-volume periods (such as sales or holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Norway (domestic)

  • EU countries

  • Selected international destinations

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order.

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain amount (displayed at checkout)

  • Express options are available in select countries

Tracking Your Order

You can track your package using the provided link or courier site.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, your package may be subject to customs fees, duties, or VAT.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
