Refund Policy

At LifeArtByLiz, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our refund and return policy is here to help.


Returns & Eligibility

You may return any eligible item within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

  • You include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Sale or discounted items marked “Final Sale”

  • Items returned without original tags or in used condition

  • Items damaged due to misuse or washing not following care instructions


Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original and place a new order for the desired size or color.


Refund Process

  1. Contact us at admin@lifeartbyliz.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you.

  4. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will cover return costs and arrange a replacement or full refund.
